The system offers a search function that is easy to use, a booking wizard that walks users through the process, real-time pricing through major charter databases, and browsing by destination that makes it easy to select the right yacht.

Intro
Europe Yachts is a luxury yacht charter booking platform that offers sailing adventures with a crew in the Mediterranean. The goal was to create a modern booking system that shows off the high-end fleet and makes it easy to go from locating a yacht to booking it. The platform had to connect to outside systems for real-time pricing and availability, but the UI had to stay clean and easy to use.

Challenge
The main challenge was coming up with a booking process that looked good while handling complexity. Users needed to be able to search for yachts by destination, filter by comprehensive specifications and amenities, see if they were available in real time, and book them through a step-by-step process. The site also had to link to major charter databases for yacht prices and inventory, and it had to have a good system for people to ask for quotes.

Solution
Workspace created a comprehensive charter platform, putting a lot of emphasis on speed and user experience. The solution offers destination-based browsing, advanced yacht filtering, full yacht pages with galleries and specs, a 10-step booking wizard, and a simpler way to ask for quotations. Real-time information about availability and prices is provided through major charter databases. The responsive design makes sure that the experience is the same on all devices.
